- Both sides work the same live document from a neutral starting form, ending the opening fight over whose template wins and removing the document ping-pong that made contracts take a month.
- Templating engine
- Every contract type lives as a template the platform assembles at runtime. An NDA runs to eight sections with three levels of nesting; configure a point on the left and the agreement rewrites itself on the right, at any depth.
- Five-view comparison engine
- Renders each contract five ways: clean, marked up, your changes, the counterparty's changes, and the diff against the neutral form, plus a full version history chain, so nobody re-reads the whole document to find what moved.
