- A live, conversational onboarding that reads an applicant’s LinkedIn profile and generates every question in real time from their prior answer, so no two interviews are alike and answers are hard to fake with ChatGPT.
- Mentor Evaluation System
- Automates the three-human evaluation batch that once took three to four weeks, aiming to cut manual effort roughly 95%, bring approvals down to same-day, and remove the inconsistency of evaluators scoring the same application differently.
- Micro Practice Engine
- A RAG-based recommendation system with three entry points—a pasted LinkedIn profile, a plain-language question, or an uploaded document—that resolves to a journey map of relevant lessons and a conversational walkthrough of situational questions.
